We will be performing maintenance to facilitate a system upgrade for the Link Rewards Programme. During the maintenance period, customers may experience temporary unavailability of the following services via the FairPrice Group app and Link.sg:

The following services will be temporarily unavailable from Thursday, 21 November, 2:00 a.m. to Thursday, 21 November, 5:00 a.m:

  1. Rewards, App challenges and Lucky Draws via the FairPrice Group app:
    • Access Play & Win challenges and Lucky Draws
    • View and redeem any rewards on rewards catalogue
    • View Link+ benefits details under the Link+ page
    • View and redeem any partner vouchers under the wallet
  2. Membership Services:
    • Sign up for Link Rewards, Digital Club and Just Wine Club membership via the FairPrice Group app
    • Login to Link account via Link.sg
    • Request for physical or replacement of Link/NTUC card via the FairPrice Group app and Link.sg
    • Validation of membership details via the FairPrice Group app and Link.sg
    • Verification of Link membership status or creation of new profiles via the FairPrice Group app and Link.sg
